Community councillor unhappy with railway station consultation
At last night’s meeting of Stonehaven Community Council, Ian Hunter told members he had been contacted by a firm of consultants who were looking into improvements at the railway station – and SDCC had been offered a quick phone call to make their comments.
Mr Hunter said this was, ‘a bit of an insult’. He said he had instead requested full information on the proposed improvements, and a meeting with the consultants.
Councillor Sarah Dickinson asked for someone from the disabled access panel to be included in the discussions.
