Plans have been submitted for a facelift at Stonehaven’s David Street Co-op.
The proposals are for the installation of a new shop front, windows, external plant, lighting and erection of boundary fences.
The new look for the 4273 square metre store would also see a revised internal layout. Externally, the existing timber shopfront would be overclad and rendered grey, while the existing timber windows and front door are to be removed and replaced with new powder coated aluminum in the same grey colour. A new trolley bay and fencing are also on the cards.
Full details of the proposals are available at https://upa.aberdeenshire.gov.uk/online-applications/applicationDetails.do?activeTab=dates&keyVal=PRJN7BCAJOO00
