Throughout the course of this week we will share over 50 films, features and presentations showcasing the great work undertaken across Aberdeenshire. Today we bring you The Economic Value of the Third Sector, presented by Emeritus Fellow of the James Hutton Institute, Bill Slee and the first of five short presentations aimed at helping TSOs to prepare a strong case for support and make better funding applications: Grow your Group – Business / Project Planning. Community Housing – Braemar Community Ltd Braemar Community Limited is working with Rural Housing Scotland on a community-led project to build fifteen affordable homes and a self-serviced plot. Community Transport – Banffshire Partnership Ltd- Dial-A-Bus Rebecca Ross, operations Manager of the Banffshire Partnership introduces the Dial-A-Bus pre-Covid-19. The Second video focuses on how the Dial-A-Bus operated during the lockdown period. The last Dial-A-Bus video looks at the Dial-A-Bus after the lockdown COVID Response Story – Aberlour The Lord Lieutenant of Banffshire introduces Banffshire’s Response to Covid19.
