MACKIE Academy FP Rugby Club’s application for a community asset transfer of the park land off Forest Drive is one of the items on a packed agenda for tomorrow night’s meeting of Stonehaven and District Community Council.
The club have been on the hunt for a new playing field since losing its second pitch at Redcloak a year ago.
Fred Olsen Renewables, meanwhile will give an update on its proposals for an extension to the Mid Hill Wind Farm at Fetteresso Forest. Last November, the Kincardine and Mearns Area Committee voted to recommend an objection to the proposed development, which would then be referred to the Infrastructure Services Committee.
