Market Bar Says ‘Cheers’ to Charities

Gang of people outside bar - Pipe band bass drum takes centre stage

MARKET Bar owner Lorna Hay donated over £8,700 to various local charities in an afternoon of cheque presentations yesterday.

Stepping up to receive cheques, were representatives of:

RNLI
Highland Games
Horizon Group
Men’s Shed
Open Air Pool
Lions Club
Kincardine Community Hospital
Ury Players
Stonehaven Gymnastics
Stroke Club
Cycle Scotland

The £8756.44 was raised at the Bar’s annual fun day. Over the past 13 years the Market Bar has raised £130,140 for good causes.
