EURO Garages Ltd’s proposals for a roadside service station at the AWPR are now available for inspection online.
The forecourt operator has applied for planning permission for proposals comprise a petrol filling station, electric vehicle recharging bays, a hydrogen refuelling area, an ancillary retail unit and associated facilities, HGV and car parking areas and a Drive-through coffee shop, along with landscaping, infrastructure works, alterations to the existing junction and access road.
According to the planning statement, the proposed development be open 24 hours 365 days of the year and would generate approximately 80 – 90 full and part time jobs.
