Stonehaven indoor bowling club held their AGM last night where the committee wished to honour the achievements of one of their members Sheila Bremner.
Sheila has been part of the record breaking double winning Scottish Triples and Fours team. Represented Scotland at the British Isles 2 years in a row and is in the top 10 of the ranking list. This season she reached semi final of the 2 bowl pairs and Scottish Fours. It is an incredible achievement being involved in the Scottish Finals over the last 4 years. She also brought success again to the club this season with winning the Senior Scottish Pairs. Kim Watt secretary concluded by saying I don’t think Sheila will mind me saying she is like a fine wine improves with age!
President Ian Petrie then handed over a framed certificate of Life Membership to Sheila.
