Permission is also sought for a small rear extension, removal of existing entrance features to rear, replacement windows and doors, including a large boathall door, replacement roof coverings & cladding; inclusion of corporate colours; new ramp / steps; signage; communications antenna; ground source heatpump; and brickbond grille security shutter to the shopfront.
