Stonehaven’s own historic Fatherland Burns Club is holding its annual Burns Supper at the Station Hotel on Wednesday 24 January with an earlier timing than in the past, of 6.30pm for a 7.00pm start and a close to 11.00pm finish. The price has been held at £35.00 and regulars and newcomers alike are warmly welcome!

The quality of food served by the hotel speaks for itself, and the club has some great entertainment lined up including Heriot Watt University Chancellor Professor Sir Geoffrey Palmer (Immortal Memory), Allan Sutherland (Toast to the Lasses), Liz Forrest (Reply) and Garry Brindley (Scotland Yet) plus two songs from Liz Levy.

Tickets can preferably be obtained online at www.ticketsource.co.uk/stonehaven-fatherland-burns-club, or – for those who still prefer a traditional route – via committee members including Cathie Dawson or Gwynne (Stewart) McKay.
