AN application for planning and listed building consent for replacement windows at Clashfarquhar House is one of the items in the latest set of plans validated in the last week.

The window condition survey prepared by Deborah Anderson Architect includes a brief but charming account of the history of the category C listed building, which opened in 1903 as the Bay Hotel, with its, ‘commanding situation overlooking the Bay ‘.
