THE following planning applications were validated during the week beginning 30th June at Aberdeenshire Council’s Viewmount office.
The leaking shed at the side of the Town Hall is in need of some attention. The work planned includes replacing gutters and downpipes, removing skylights and replacing missing or damaged slates with reclaimed equivalents. The existing cladding and doors will also be replaced. The shed is used to store tables and chairs which are used for community group events in Stonehaven. These will be replaced once the repairs to the storage shed are completed.
