THE following planning applications were validated during the week beginning 22nd September at Aberdeenshire Council’s Viewmount office.
The first three applications relate to the Ury Estate development, who are seeking permission to install three signs at strategic points on the estate. The fourth application is seeking permission to convert the flat above the retail space at 21 Evan Street into two separate flats.
