A WEEKEND of music at St James kicks off on Saturday November 22 with a performance by the ever-popular Rock Choir then changing key for a fundraising Sunday afternoon with some of the North-east’s most eminent musicians.
The St. James Stonehaven Rock Choir, led by vocal teacher Rachael Watson, is known for its inclusive and accessible approach to singing pop, gospel, and Motown songs. Tickets for this latest performance on Saturday November 22 are available at the door – or see details in poster below.
Meanwhile a humanitarian charity will benefit from Sunday November 23’s performance by a group of the North-east’s most eminent musicians. Project Pure Hope is committed to working towards providing life-saving medical care and support to children who are victims of conflict, regardless of their nationality, religion, or ethnicity.
The charity is supporting injured Gazan children through medical evacuations and treatment in the UK and in-region.
Entry to this concert is free, though donations are most welcome at the door. Again, please see the poster below for full details.
