THE following planning applications were validated during the week beginning 15th December at Aberdeenshire Council’s Viewmount office.
The second application is for two one bedroomed bothies at Braehead Farm, as part of the long-term development strategy for the farm. The single storey bothies will provide accommodation for family members as part of succession planning, or for short-term agricultural workers, and would allow for diversification into small-scale rural tourism in the future.
