THE following planning application was validated during the week beginning Monday 4th May at Aberdeenshire Council’s Viewmount office.
The application gives details of the two proposed stores, which is an amendment to the existing planning permission for one store of 3750 sq m (gross area). The current application comprises an Aldi store of 1647 sq m and an M&S store of 2286 sq m. This is a total increase of 183 sq m. The application includes 373 parking spaces, access road, service yard and both soft and hard landscaping. The location is as shown below.
