STONEHAVEN’S Tolbooth Museum will open its doors, for the first time since the lockdown, on Saturday afternoon from 1.30pm to 4.30pm.
The collection of memorabilia and historical information about Stonehaven is a popular attraction at the harbour. Saturday’s opening will enable the volunteers to assess and review the arrangements they have made to meet guidelines.
Andrew Newton said: ”It will be a trial run. We have put in place a one way system and plenty of sanitizing stations.
”Unfortunately we are keeping the shop closed for the moment and the Dinosaur Hunt is suspended but we have had a number of enquiries of when we will re-open and we want to make the experience of visiting Stonehaven as exciting as possible.”
