On May 13, I reported on discussions at Stonehaven and District Community Council regarding a planning application for permission in principle for erection of a dwellinghouse including improvements to surrounding land to provide allotments, bike trails and footpaths at land at Riverside Drive, Mill Of Forest, Stonehaven
I reported comments by Paddy Coffield, who was a community councillor at the time, as:
“If you look at the size of the house and how it encroaches onto that area, it is quite unjust.”
The correct quote from Mr Coffield should have read: ””If you look at the size of the house and how it encroaches onto that area, it is quite unjustifiable.”
Mr Coffield has requested a correction – and I am happy to oblige.
