Following on from the Stonehaven Traffic Management Review, which asked the general public their views and aspirations on the current road network within Stonehaven, a number of comments were raised in relation to parking, road allocation and pedestrian space.
Following on from this, two schemes have been designed by Aberdeenshire Councils Road teams and at this stage the opinion of the general public is being sought before further details of the designs will move forward.
Please take time to share your views here.

The Robertson Trust is pleased to announce the opening of their Wee Grants and Transport Grants. These will be followed in the coming weeks by the return of other funds.
The new-look Transport Grants offer funding of between £5K-20K per year for 1-3 years. By supporting the costs of a vehicle, or transport costs more broadly, the fund aims to help charities deliver their services and remove barriers for people and places affected by poverty and trauma.
The Wee Grants offer funding of up to £5,000 for constituted community groups and charities with an annual income of less than £30,000.
Through these grants, they want to support organisations who are focused on building strong communities in places which have higher rates of poverty and trauma, or who are working with certain groups of people who are at a higher risk of experiencing poverty and trauma.
These grants are open all year round, but please note there is a huge demand for the funds.
