STONEHAVEN’S festive sparkle was given a boost today when Donna Stewart from the Stonehaven Sofa and Bed Centre presented a cheque to Paul Tosh towards the town’s Christmas tree lights and decorations.
The cheque will now wing its way to Stonehaven and District Community Council, SDCC, who through their Christmas tree fund, provide the town’s essential tree decorations.
Thanking the Sofa and Bed Centre for their contribution, SDCC member Julie Lindeman said: ”We are very grateful for the support as there’s always lights needing replaced and checked and decorations bought to ensure it looks lovely all the time.”
