THE following planning application was validated during the week beginning Monday 29th September at Aberdeenshire Council’s Viewmount office.
This application is a Proposal of Application notice, on behalf of FM Properties Ltd. The application relates to a proposed residential development at Allocated Housing Development Site OP5, land to the north of Garron Drive, Ury Estate, Stonehaven.
Two manned public exhibitions will be held at the Blue Lodge Showhome on the Ury Estate, as part of a pre-application consultation. These will be from 14.00-18.00 on 28th October and 16.00-20.00 on 4th November.
