THE following planning applications were validated during the week beginning Monday 6th October at Aberdeenshire Council’s Viewmount office.
The first application is for an amendment to a previous planning application from 2015. Ury Estate Ltd are holding manned public exhibitions in preparation for seeking full planning permission to increase the number of houses at North Lodge, Ury. These are the enabling developments for the golf course. The public exhibitions will be held at the Blue Lodge show home on the Ury Estate, from 2-6 on 28th October and from 4-8 on 4th November.
The second application is for alterations and extension to a building on Allardice Street. The building is currently occupied by Hyve Architects, but was previously the premises of Robertson Bakers. The applicant is seeking permission to convert the first and second floors to a residential flat, retaining the shop on the ground floor.
The final application is for the addition of a gable end window in Bath Street.
