THE following planning application was validated during the week beginning 8th September at Aberdeenshire Council’s Viewmount office. This application is for change of use, partial demolition and extension to the building at 19 Bridgefield, the building most recently occupied by John AW Briggs Furniture until around 2019. Plans were approved for two dwelling houses in this building in 2022, but no work was carried out.
